Return Policy: We realize that when purchasing over the Internet, that you are not able to try on your garments and at times, you must return to exchange for size. We also realize that at time, a product you ordered may not be as expected. The following policies are for exchanging and returning products.

Please read size charts and instructions carefully before ordering an item.

Exchange Policy

Within 15 days of receipt of product (special holiday return periods excepted) you may call us to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) at 1-877 82 BIKER (24537).  We will ask you for your credit card number so we may charge your card again for return shipping.

Write the return authorization number on a copy of your receipt and PLACE THE RECEIPT WITH THE CORRECT SIZE NEEDED IN THE BOX. Failure to place the receipt with the RMA number and correct size needed in the box, will delay our ability to exchange the product by up to three weeks.  Place the product, with tags still attached and all liners and pads in place into a box and ship back to:

EMAIL the tracking number (FedEx or UPS) or delivery confirmation number (USPS) to us so we know when to expect your item. We check the items when they arrive. They must be in unused condition before we ship your replacement. When we receive your item, we will ship the correct size out to you within 2 days of receipt assuming that RMA number, Receipt and size needed are in the box. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Returns and Refunds You may return your purchase for any reason within 15 days of receipt. Your item must be in New Condition with all tags, linings and pads in place to receive a refund. Please call our customer service number, 1-888-7599 to receive a Return Authorization Number.

PLACE A COPY OF THE RECEIPT IN THE BOX  AND WRITE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND "RETURN FOR REFUND" ON THE RECEIPT. Failure to return the receipt with RMA number and Return for Refund written on the receipt will delay your refund. Send you
